I’ve always been fairly active and played all sports, but I was over weight and my fitness level was always the issue. I decided I wanted to change and really focused on Eating For A Purpose and dialing in on my fitness level. I went from 35% body fat to 5% body fat in 9 months. Five years later and I’m sitting at a healthy 13% body fat. My fitness level is slightly lower than when I was my lightest, but it’s still 1000x better than it used to be. I can run for hours without getting winded and never have to worry about my fitness level holding me back. I’m always working to improve and will be posting about topics that I find interesting or necessary to help me to continue along this Fit Lifestyle.
